Join us for a guided walk in East Hartford’s historic Center Cemetery. to view some gravestones of residents who had an impact on our town’s historical past. Presented by the local Raymond Library and the East Hartford Historical Society.
As we commemorate America’s 250th, join our Cultural Asset Manager Jana Colacino and friends from the Historical Society of East Hartford to learn about stories from the era of the American Revolution and gravestones. Come for a brief guided walk at 1 PM, and/or complete our scavenger hunts, delve deeper with historians who will be on-hand, and perhaps even clean a historic gravestone! Register for a reminder.
